The Bourbon Vanilla Powder: 

Made from 100% Pure Indonesian Vanilla Beans. Ground bourbon vanilla beans can be used to add visual appeal and flavour to your favourite vanilla infused recipes, ice cream and baked goods alike! 

Note that beans used to make extract are not used to make the vanilla powder. These are the same beans you receive whole, simply ground for your convenience.

Ground vanilla beans from Indonesia are excellent in tea, cereal, with berries, and for the ultimate treat, sprinkle some on your French toast or pancakes. Primarily used in baking and ice cream recipes, this pure vanilla bean powder adds a rich vanilla flavour and aroma.

Since this product is ground from a whole vanilla bean, it does not fully dissolve when added to liquids. You may see some grounds in clearer/thinner liquids because of this.
